1. Imported PLC for centralized control is used for electrical system,man-machine is carried out by touch screen,set and display working parameters according to the requirements from different products.

2. Unwinder adopts inverter motor,roller diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tersion control.

3. Rewinder adopts vector frequency inverter,roller diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control.

4. Loading and unloading using shaft-less pneumatic cone top type.It is easy for loading,unloading and with high efficiency,has web guide system,Unwinder adopts hydraulic feeding.

5. Rewinding shaft is double slip air shaft,uses the straight knife and rotary knives for slitting,regularity disc surface,air exhausting device for the waste.

6. The system has meter counting,winding diameter operation,automatic stop by setting length you need first.

7. The system has a perfect integration design with machine,electricity and pneumatic,and takes complete safety protective measures.

It has the functions of automatic counting meter,automatic alarm,etc.
Adopts A and B pneumatic shaft structure for rewinding,easy for loading and unloading.
It adopts ultrasonic /CCD automatic edge correction adjustments system for unwinding,anomalistic material will be easy slit.
Equipped with automatic waste film blowing device.
Automatic material loading by pneumatic,matched with air.
